Scania Truck Driving Simulator preview

I have recently downloaded the demo of the new game by SCS Software; ‘Scania Truck Driving Simulator’. My main aim was to see what the game is like.

I encountered a few problems in the game when I played it for the first time. I initially experienced lag when I played the ‘dangerous road’ task, but later when I restarted the game this problem was fixed. The game actually does run fine on my pc even though this game has better graphics than UK and German truck simulator, but I don’t know how the game might run on an older pc so bear that in mind. Something that is more of a problem is that when I brake and the truck is not moving, the gear will automatically be set into neutral, but I might be the only one with this problem.
Besides all this the game is really stunning. One of the big improvements compared to previous SCS games is that the driving controls are more realistic, so driving a truck feels more fascinating than in GTS and UKTS. Some other great aspects of the game are the many different tasks; you can choose between the following (among many others): obtaining a driving license, a Scania driving competition, Dangerous driving, free driving, and there is a track to test your reaction time. In other words, this game contains many more things than the previous game Trucks and Trailers. Something else I would like to add is the newly made Scania model, it really makes me proud of driving that truck in the game, unlike the trucks in the other games. It has become so detailed and it looks much better than the old Scania model in GTS, UKTS, and ETS.
So my conclusion about the game is very positive and I defiantly will recommend it because it is worth the money.
